What is the procedure for registration?

You can send your nomination with a covering letter giving details of names and designation of the participants together with the course fee by check payable at the venue of the participation.

You can also register online by selecting Online Registration in the home page. This should be followed up with a regular nomination together with course fee. The centre always confirms registration of participant for any programme on receipt of course fee. Where we receive telephonic/fax/online nominations. The participants are registered provisionally, and final confirmation is sent soon after the course fee is received.

Could we send our queries earlier to the Centre to enable you to forward them to the faculty?

Yes. In such cases, the query should be received atleast one week before the programme date. The queries would be forwarded to the faculty. The participant could meet the faculty before the commencement of the lecture to ensure that his queries are answered.

Is it possible to get the course material even before the programme to enable the participants to go through the same?

The course-material is usually made available on the programme date. However, after the confirmation of registration, the participating company could depute one of its officials to the office of the centre or to its co-ordinator to get the course-material, after ascertaining if the same is ready for issue. As the centre updates the course material for each programme, the final set would be ready only a few days before the commencement of the programme.

On receipt of the brochure, if we find the programme useful, but are not able to attend the same, due to unavoidable reasons, is it possible to get the course material and notes alone?

Yes. The course-material/notes would be sent by VPP, provided stocks are available.

Which are the hotels where the programmes are being held?

The venue for each programme is indicated in the concerned brochure. These are star hotels with excellent facilities.

Who are the faculty members?

Our faculty members are experts and authorities in their respective fields. They are renowned for their professional, academic and corporate experience and expertise. The centre would be glad to furnish the names of the faculty with regard to any particular programme when such enquiries are received from companies who are considering participation.

Is the programme residential? If not, do you arrange for accommodation?

The programmes are mainly non-residential. Whenever the participants want accommodation to be booked, they may contact the Center's office or its co-ordinator. After the accommodation is booked by the centre, the co-ordinator would inform the participant who may correspond directly with the hotel where accommodation is booked with regard to settling the bill etc.

Do you issue certificate of participation?

Certificate of participation is issued on the basis of specific requests received from the participant after the programme is over. The participants are requested, in such cases, to send a separate application whereupon the certificates would be mailed to them.

About 3000 companies from both public and private sector have taken part in our programmes. This includes multinationals, major listed companies, partnership firms and medium scale industries.
