The promoter:
The Centre was promoted in 1990 by Mr. K. Vijayaraghavan, who had served in the Indian Revenue Service as a Deputy collector of Customs and Excise. The centre is now the training division of Blue Dot Corporate Solutions Private Limited. Blue Dot is engaged in providing viable and workable consulting solutions to corporates.
In addition to public programmes, In house training programmes are also provided on a variety of topics.
